Solutions

Check if the appliance is leveled, not leveling the appliance may cause malfunctions regarding how the freezer operates.
Ensure the fast freezing function is not enabled, disable it for the freezer to respect set freezing temperature. (For more information about fast freezing please visit "Operating").
